The Orchestrator Model
Levesque & Co. orchestrates a home into being rather than dictating it alone. We partner with Austin's architects, interior designers, and landscape architects on every project, because a sanctuary needs more than one point of view to become whole.
Our role is to hold the vision steady from the architect's first sketch through the landscape architect's final planting plan, so nothing gets lost in translation between disciplines. That means daily on-site project management, transparent budgets, and one point of contact who already knows what your interior designer decided last Tuesday. Clients don't trade their design team for ours. They keep both, working as one.
At Levesque & Co., we think of sanctuary not as a decorating scheme but as the way a house holds the people living inside it. It's morning light landing on a hallway at the right hour because someone placed the window with that hour in mind. It's a hand resting on a hand-selected hardwood rail. It's a room that breathes because someone thought about airflow before they thought about square footage.
Building integrity is the quiet discipline underneath all of it: the load calculations, the material science, the details nobody sees but everybody feels. Nature isn't a backdrop we build against. It's a collaborator we build with, present in every siting decision and every window we place to catch the light a family will actually live by.
Twenty Years in Austin, Rooted in the Hill Country
We've built in Austin for twenty years, long enough to know how light moves across a Tarrytown lot in February versus July, and how a Hill Country ridge changes what a foundation needs to do. That kind of knowledge doesn't come from a market report. It comes from two decades of walking lots before anything is drawn, and knowing which tradespeople in this city do finish work the right way.
Austin's neighborhoods each carry their own grain. A home near Tarrytown asks something different of us than one framed against limestone bluffs further west, and we've built for both.
Materials and Self-Performed Craft
Sanctuary shows up in the details you touch, not just the ones you see. We self-perform much of our finish work, custom cabinetry built to the inch, one-of-a-kind pivot doors hung and balanced in-house, because craft this close to daily life shouldn't pass through five subcontractors before it reaches a client's hands.
We hand-select hardwoods for grain and density, not just species, and we choose hardware for how it wears in ten years, not how it photographs on day one. Craft, handled this way, is the difference between a home that ages well and one that simply gets older.
